Academy90 appreciates your business and values your privacy.  We stand by our policy as a commitment to you.  We will not sell, give, rent, or trade any of your personal information to anyone or any institution.  Your information may be used for marketing and educational purposes, but only to ensure we provide relevant content to you such as notifications about developing or upcoming Academy90 training classes courses you may be interested in based on your training history with us unless you opt out of such emails.

Aggregated information is also collected for internal reports and reviews of the parts of the site accessed by users in order to improve our website and to monitor overall traffic and usage patterns.  Aggregate data such as usage analytics related to courses purchased and testing metrics such as frequency of missing a particular question are collected to improve our offerings to you.  Data is compiled to show overall patterns and trends.  However, individual user data such as name or address is not used in these reports.

Account Information

You can edit your account information at any time.  We reserve the right to send you certain communications related to your purchased and/or enrollment in classes without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.  Please see our Terms of Service for instructions on how to terminate your account.  

Credit Card Policy

Academy90 does not collect or store your credit card information.  Credit card payments are SSL encrypted and processed through a third-party e-commerce provider.

Academy90 may update this policy at any time we deem necessary.  We will notify you of any significant changes in the way we treat your personal information by sending an electronic notice to the email address on file for your account and/or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
