No refunds will be given for paid training. If you are unable to attend training (or take our online classes) please contact us either via email or phone to receive a credit toward future training. The credit may be applied to future training or a class of equal value.

You must successfully complete all requirements in order to receive credit for completing the class.

If you are taking a class for Virginia's DCJS in-service credit, we will submit your information to DCJS upon successful completion.  However, Academy90 is not responsible if you fail to complete other DCJS requirements such as fingerprint and/or application submittal and accompanying fees.
